What to write in about
- Account help: questions about your Payback account, the email address you connected, or a refund we are working on for you.
- A store dispute: an order where you believe the store ran a fake sale, or a refund request that a store has refused.
- Brand opt-out: a brand may opt out of automated recovery by emailing us with the subject line “Opt-Out for [Brand Name]” from an authorized address on the brand’s domain, as the Terms describe.
- Privacy requests: to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent, as the Privacy Policy describes.
- Lawyer applications: consumer lawyers who want to join the case marketplace apply at https://lawyers.getpayback.com/apply. Applications are reviewed by hand against your bar record.
